In order to sensitize the impotrance of plants and trees in our life, GREEN INITIATIVE Group of HAMARA SANKALP organised I Plant… I Care… It’s My New Family activity on 3rd August 2020 on the Occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Over 350 people across in 3 countries and 22 cities of India planted saplings individually, tied RAKSHA SUTRA to the palnt and took pledge to safe guard environment, to minimize use of one time usable plastic articles, to Reduce, to Reuse and to Recycle in daily life. Cities where the activity taken place Asansol, Burnpur, Australia, Bakura, Bangalore, Canada ,Chandan Nagar , Delhi, Deoria, Dhanbad, Durgapur, Gorakhpur , Jabalpur, Kodarma, Kolkata, Lucknow, Motihari, Mumbai ,Patna, Pune, Varanasi , Siwan, Bankura.
The Society has taken a target of 100 cities across 10 contries for next year.
